“Me” Time

Day 11 of the blog challenge;

Quiet time helps me to regain balance in my day to day life. I implement a quiet time when needed everyday. If I feel overwhelmed or too distracted, I take some time to myself. Long walks alone are a great way for me to pray and recenter. A good workout and sweat are also great options for me to re-balance. Moving forward this year I will also implement ‘me’ time where I unwind by making extra time for my personal appearance. Scheduling time at the nail spa, taking a candlelit shower, or getting a massage will be weekly priorities for myself. And by putting them in my calendar as appointments it helps me stay accountable to ‘me’ time.
